NM8N moulded case circuit breaker

1.General
NM8N series moulded case circuit breaker is suitable for the circuit of AC50/60Hz, with rated voltage AC690V and below, DC system rated voltage DC1000V and below, and rated current of 16A and 1600A. It can protect circuits and electric equipment against overload, short circuit or undervoltage, and can also provide protection of overload, short circuit and under voltage for infrequent start of motor. Products have functions of power distribution protection, motor protection, residual current protection and isolation. The circuit breaker can be installed vertically, installed horizontally and can also enter the line from the bottom.
Standards compliant:
IEC 60947-1 general rules for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment;
IEC 60947-2 low-voltage switchgear and control equipment circuit breakers;
IEC 60947-3 low-voltage switchgear and control equipment switches, disconnectors and fuse combination appliances;
IEC 60947-4-1 Electromechanical contactors and motor starters (including motor protectors) for low voltage switchgear and control equipment.

 

2.Operating conditions
2.1 Temperature:
Operating and storage temperature is -40° C~+70° C; the average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35° C; when the ambient temperature is -40° C~+70° C, users need to consider derating or temperature compensation whose details can be referred to in Page
2.2 Altitude: ≤ 2000m;
2.3 Pollution grade: Grade 3;
2.4 IP grade: IP40
2.5 Air conditions:
At mounting site, relative humidity not exceed 50% at the max temperature of +40 ℃ , higher relative humidity is allowable under lower temperature. For example, RH could be 90% at +20 ℃ , special measures should be taken to occurrence of dews.
